Working Safely

Our cleaners must complete Pepmint's facility service site induction and provide safe work documentation prior to the commencement of work.

They provide this in the form of Safe Work Method Statements, Work instructions or other written documentation to ensure all hazards are identified and risks are assessed appropriately.

Cleaner supervisors are responsible for ensuring all personnel under their supervision are trained and feel competent in the tasks they are required to perform.
